Thank you for your interest in Springboro's only nationally accredited daycare and preschool program. We are very proud of our program and eager to share it with you.

The Day Academy has been in operation since 1995 when the local owners recognized a need in the community for high quality daycare. We have continued to grow since we opened, and now serve 240 total full-day and half-day preschool students. One reason for our continued growth is our commitment to provide the highest quality care for a reasonable price. We work hard at ensuring our staff is of the highest quality and the programs we provide are developmentally appropriate.  In 2005 The Day Academy was accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (N.A.E.Y.C.).  This is another sign of our commitment to quality.  N.A.E.Y.C. accreditation encompasses our entire program, including curriculum, physical environment, health, safety, administration and staff.  Our warm, family-oriented center welcomes your child every time he/she enters into a safe, loving and enriching environment. If you would like to schedule a tour, please call and set up an appointment.

On your tour we will provide you with a curriculum overview, a current newsletter, a copy of our menu, a list of frequently asked questions and registration information. If you would like to register, please complete the registration form for each child, and return it to us. If we have a position available we then provide you with the appropriate enrollment forms. Our yearly enrollment fee is $40.00 for one child or $60.00 for two or more. If a position is not available you will be placed on our waiting list for a period of 12 months. There is no charge to be on our waiting list.

At The Day Academy We Offer:

• Parent-friendly hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and only closed on 6 major holidays
• Care for children starting at 6 weeks through age 12
• Both half-day and school-year programs, all with a learning curriculum
• A half day school year preschool program for children who are at home
• A gymnasium for large motor activities
• Special summer programs for school age children including swimming and other field trips
• Field trips throughout the year
• We offer older children the opportunity to participate in Gymnastics - Training Center of Ohio
